Yesterday Kate Moss hit the big 4-0, but I still can't quite believe a whole decade has passed since her debauched 'Beautiful and the Damned' themed 30th hit the headlines. This time around Kate opted for a low-key lunch at 34 in Mayfair, and arrived looking fabulous in one of her signature leopard print coats. How does she do it? Anyone else would run the risk of looking like Bet Lynch - but not Kate, oh no. Bets are on they emerged somewhat bleary-eyed later on, but aren't Kate Moss and Jamie Hince just the most stylish couple ever? I certainly think so. Happy Birthday Kate!

Wild Abandon
I love leopard print, but anxious to avoid the Bet Lynch look, I always try to limit what I buy. Having said that, I couldn't resist this leopard print knit from Zara.

Styled with a ladylike pencil skirt, it looks far more classy than brassy! Whether worn as smart workwear (a cardigan is also available to make a twin-set) or paired with jeans for a relaxed weekend look, I know it's going to become my go-to knit this A/W. Purrr-fect!

Go Wild!

The big cats are big news this season - leopard and cheetah prints can be found everywhere at the moment, whatever your budget. This leopard playsuit (pictured left) is only £15 from Primark.
Animal prints can be difficult to wear, and so often look cheap. I recommend picking one statement piece - then keep the rest of the look simple. Or why not hint at your wild side by introducing just a small amount into your oufit by wearing a skinny cheetah spotted belt. Topshop have a great winter coat with leopard print collar for £85 (see Look Book below).
